Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Cochlear’s Master Data Governance solution with SAP S/4HANA for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains.
- Define data standards, workflows, and governance models with technical and business teams.
- Ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA core modules.\
- Oversee delivery of analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau.
- Manage data modeling, ETL, and dashboard/report development aligned with business needs and governance.
- Lead reporting across O2C, P2I, R2R, and P2F streams per approved designs.
- Coordinate build, test, and deployment of data models and reports.
- Partner with the Reporting & Analytics Architect to manage dependencies and design integrity.
- Align with Oracle/OBIEE Retirement Initiative on scope, migration, and transition.
- Develop and manage delivery plans and schedules across workstreams.
- Drive execution, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage third-party teams and ensure accountability.
- Engage stakeholders for visibility and alignment.
- Provide regular updates to program leadership.

Essential Skills
- 8+ years of experience in program or delivery management roles.
- Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
- Strong background in data warehousing and analytics platforms including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global environment and manage cross-regional teams.
