Extensive experience of 6+ years as a **Test Lead**:

- Excellent knowledge of **software testing principles** and practice.
- Experience working as part of a **cross-functional** software development team.
- Extensive experience in the design, development, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Willingness to fully take responsibility and ownership of the quality assurance process.
- Experience with agile methodologies; demonstrated ability to provide a testing perspective as an input into **backlog refinement** and sprint planning.
- Experience in all types of testing, **e.g. functional, system, integration, regression etc**.
- Experience in test effort estimations, tools/infrastructure set up, deployments and release activities.
- Experience in usage of test management tools such as **Jira, MF ALM** etc.

**The Test Lead will be responsible for the following set of activities**:

- Active participation in **Test Strategy** / Test plan preparation.
- Task allocation and monitoring
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of the test team
- Client coordination
- Carries out detailed requirements analysis
- Prepares and maintains Test-ware (Test Cases, Tests Data, Test Stubs/Harnesses) in auditable
- Ensures traceability between requirements and test cases
- Plan tests, Validate tests, Identify re-tests, **Defect analysis, Test metrics collation**, Inputs to final summary Report
