**Duties**
- Co-ordinate, negotiate and schedule business resource requirements for testing efforts
- Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases
- Maintain currency of current test environments and where appropriate provide advice on requirements for future test environments - Improve the maturity and awareness of testing across the organisation - Recognise and implement test automation when appropriate. - Provide end of testing summary reporting as appropriate

**Required capabilities**: Must Have
- Experience leading and motivating test teams in a highly results oriented environment.
- ISTQB Foundation Level
- Relevant tertiary qualifications including industry certifications or 5+ years of test management experience.
- Proven experience with quality assurance testing, including manual and automated.
- Test planning development and delivery
- Implementation of test automation frameworks
- Defect Management from testing
- Reporting of testing outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently, but also a strong team player who works well with others.
- A quick and resourceful learner, able to pick up new concepts swiftly and hit the ground running, manage your time effectively and produce high quality outcomes efficiently.
- Ability to build successful business relationships, influencing at all levels and facilitate quick and efficient decision making from others.

**Highly Desirable**
- Experience working within a project environment; and
- Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
