**Lovisa Opportunity**:The summary:

- Maintain an organized inventory of product samples, including categorization by type, style, and collection/range.
- Regularly track and maintain records of sample progress, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Facilitate the movement of samples between various departments, ensuring timely delivery for photography, marketing, and other purposes.
- Collaborate with buying teams to ensure the availability of samples for product launches and promotions.
- Work closely with the CX team to address any discrepancies or issues identified.
- Document measurements and specifications accurately for each sample, per copy and trade guidelines, ensuring consistency.
- Provide regular updates to cross functional partners regarding sample status, and any relevant information/issues.
- Continually identify inefficiencies in workflow and provide optimal resolutions
- Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned per business needs to meet evolving demands and optimize our operations for efficiency and excellence.
