**About the Business**

Our System Stewardship Directorate is responsible for policy, strategy and innovation projects that support the Child and Family Support System by working inclusively with sector partners and across the Division.

**Role Details**

The Manager, Strategy, Policy and Innovation is a role in System Stewardship and is accountable to the General Manager, Strategy, Policy and System Stewardship for:

- Leading and managing authoritative advice on early intervention priorities and strategies for the child protection system and leading the development of cross-agency initiatives.
- Providing strategic leadership in the development of proposals on major, complex policy issues based on proven evidence and contemporary service design and research.
- Establishing, leading and developing effective collaborations and a network of strategic alliances with key stakeholders across government.
- Providing effective leadership and management to the team, including the development of relevant skills and capabilities.

Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Must comply with any order, direction, policy or procedure of the Chief Executive or delegate to receive vaccinations.
