**Job Title: Technical Support Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for IP security products, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- Handle helpdesk support requests, offering timely and efficient solutions to customer queries.
- Work extensively with IP networking, requiring a solid understanding of network configuration, diagnosis, and management.
- Assist with the support and maintenance of a broad range of products offered by RhinoCo Technology. Familiarity with our product range (as listed on our website) is essential.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technical support, particularly with IP security products.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
