**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support when needed
- Drive quality and performance of cleaners through training, coaching, and feedback
- Build a positive team culture through effective communication, collaboration, and team building exercises
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist cleaners with their duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports on cleaning activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of cleaning practices and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priority inspections and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to undergo a police check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
