Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Cleaning & Waste Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning and waste teams, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and safety in line with contractual and operational standards.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise and support cleaning and waste operations to meet service specifications and safety standards.

  • Coordinate daily work allocation, rostering, and resource management to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Monitor quality, investigate complaints, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage cleaning inventory, equipment maintenance, and consumable supplies within budget.

  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance support to cleaning staff and ensure compliance with infection control procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience supervising large teams, ideally in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, infection control, and waste management protocols.

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and rostering or timekeeping systems.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
