**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a determined, enthusiastic, and reliable **Commercial Cleaning Supervisor **for a permanent full-time position from **6am-2pm Monday - Friday**, for a Commercial Cleaning contract in the Adelaide CBD. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and Managing a Team of up to 20 Commercial Cleaners
- Managing all Cleaning Operations which includes scheduling (both rostering and the allocation of cleaning areas), monitoring the work of staff, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, resolving problems, and completing cleaning inspections
- Adhere and meet all KPIs set by the client and Management team
- Building positive relationships and communicating with the Management team, the client, and the staff.
- Supporting people internally and externally using critical and emotional thinking
- Be able to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and respond to all client requests
- Assist the management team to develop procedures and strategies to enhance & maintain an outstanding cleaning standard
- Review performance to identify any inefficiencies or inconsistencies
- Ensure an adequate amount of consumables are available for use
- Ensure compliance with all WHS, Quality & Environmental procedures and legislation

- General cleaning duties as required: vacuuming/ mopping floors, cleaning & disinfecting desks and hard surfaces, cleaning of bathroom facilities, glass cleaning and emptying & moving bins
- Adhere to the monthly periodical schedule; along with training staff on the machinery as per requirements.

**About you**

Essential requirements:

- Previous Commercial Cleaning experience
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar supervisor role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Can establish effective working relationships, both internally and externally
- Display compassion and empathy
- Able to pass and willing to obtain both a DCSI (within 3 years) & National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- A fantastic work ethic & positive attitude
- High customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
- High standard of work, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Own reliable transport to get to and from work
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently
- Have a smartphone to clock in and out of shifts
- Availability to work across Monday to Friday
