The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is looking for a part-time Assistant Reporting & Rostering Officer to join our team

**About Us**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Customer Service & Operations team at SIRA. This role can be either spread over 4 or 5 days a week for 21 hours in total

Reporting to the Manager of CTP Assist this opportunity supports our Contact Centre operations of Claimant Support Officers, whom deliver customer service excellence to the people of NSW within the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) compensation scheme. This team operates Monday to Friday.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Your major focus will be on using Salesforce and Genesys PureCloud telephony & rostering system with specific focus on its reporting and workforce management capabilities. You will also provide standard and specialist data advice to the CTP Assist leadership team. You will also be expected to analyse data to identify business improvement opportunities.
- Producing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Produce rosters for a contact centre team of around 22 team members.
- Utilise your people skills as you work with internal stakeholders on BAU and projects.
