**Role**
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for using statistical methods to analyse data and generate useful business reports. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements and create a priorities list.
**Responsibilities**
- Identifying and recommending new ways to streamlining business processes
- Assisting in administration and support of business systems
- Developing and producing required business reports
- Developing an expert understanding of business systems
- Taking that knowledge/data and using it to help make better business decisions/processes
- Analysing data and recommending potential strategies
- Building and maintaining dashboards & other useful reporting and analytic tools
- Affiliating with internal & external stakeholders
- Collecting data from internal reports and customer reports
- Coordinating and leading reporting

**Requirements**:

- 2 years plus experience in a similar role and experience with database systems and statistical reporting (essential)
- Advanced Microsoft office skills (especially Excel) (essential)
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (desirable)
- Understanding of RTO and HE governance requirements (desirable)
- Operational Management experience (desirable)
- Experience in Salesforce, JIRA, and Agile Framework (desirable)
