**About the job**:
This role provides support to the finance team, primarily, but not limited to, meeting its copyright and commission reporting obligations through the collation, sorting and reporting of data, use of excel tools and collaboration with other team contributors.
This role will also look for ways to improve current processes and potentially assist with further automation of manual steps.

Responsibilities and functions will vary from time to time as the finance team evolves. Participation in ad-hoc and special projects may be required.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Copyright Reporting**
- Collate required data to feed into the copyright reporting models
- Execute the copyright reporting models to produce the various reports required
- Work alongside managers to check and review the reports to ensure they are accurate and consistent with trends.
- Highlight and investigate any errors or changes to trends.

**2. Commission Calculation**
- Collate required data to feed into the ANZ and SEA commission models
- Execute the commission models to produce the commission calculations for all roles across APAC.
- Work alongside managers to check and review the reports to ensure they are accurate and consistent with trends.
- Interact with the payroll team to provide the relevant information for payment to employees
- Highlight and investigate any errors or changes to trends

**3. Process Improvement**
- Identify areas of improvement in the current reporting process to minimise time required to complete the reports and/or to minimise the potential for error.
- Assist with the conversion of data & reporting to an automated solution (data warehouse and reporting tool e.g. Power BI)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in IT, Statistics, Information Solutions, Data Science or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar business, in a detail oriented role is a plus. Fresh graduates will be considered
- Strong attention to detail
- A diligent record-keeper
- Curious and investigative, problem solving mindset
- Highly analytical
- Ability to work independently when required, although reasonable supervision and guidance will be provided
- Strong excel is necessary including knowledge of Macros and SQL. Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools e.g. Power BI is highly regarded.
