**Reporting to the Store Manager, your key responsibilities include**:

- Leading and motivating a small team to bring their best every day, assisting with staff training and development.
- Growing sales and customer engagement to smash performance goals
- Keeping an eye on labour costs to maximize efficiency
- Assisting with daily operations to ensure seamless, top-notch customer experience and service standards
- Managing inventory and stock ordering
- Making sure all Miami standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to

- Proven leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
