**About the role**

Rebound Arena Mandurah is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. This is a casual role that will allow you to be a part of an exciting and vibrant environment, providing an exceptional customer experience to our visitors. Based in Mandurah, WA 6210, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Assisting with the sale of tickets, merchandise, and other retail products
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the retail space
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve business objectives
- Party Hosting
- Cafe
- Coaching classes
