**About the role**

Exciting full-time role (40 hrs/wk) supervising the day-to-day operations of the savoury production team. This is a hands-on role with a 5-day working week across Monday - Saturday. Shifts times are generally 7am - 3pm. This role will include public holidays. $68,000 plus Superannuation

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will schedule production and workflow, ensuring efficient manufacturing of quality baked savoury foods. In addition to working alongside the team you will be responsible for:

- Production planning and scheduling
- Train, develop and lead a small team (4-6)
- Roster and manage wage costs for the shift
- Quality control and waste manage
- Stock control and ordering
- Identify and execute continuous improvements

**About You**
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Food manufacturing/handling experience (baking qualification NOT required)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeracy skills
- A problem solver who is willing to work as part of a team
- A high energy and positive attitude
- Understanding of sound manufacturing / production processes (5S / Six Sigma etc.) highly desirable

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
