Structural Supervisor

**You will be trusted to**:

- Monitor your part of the project to ensure your section or package of work is delivered on time, to budget and within quality standards
- Supervise a work team to deliver project outcomes
- Identify and assist with the acquisition of resources ensuring adequate supplies, labour hire, etc. are available for the project
- Assist the project management team with the development and implementation of process improvements which add value to the operations
- Carry out daily safety checks and ensuring worksites are in a state consistent with safety and health standards
- Attend all investigations of accidents and incidents within the area of responsibility
- Conduct and participate in site meetings (toolboxes, pre-start, inductions and other health and safety requirements)
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

**What we are seeking**:

- Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory position, ideally with experience with incremental launch bridges
- Ability to run labour crews in excess of 15 people and manage heavy plant such as crawler cranes, franna cranes and telehandlers
- Ability to manage interface with other subcontractors and other project teams such as the civils teams
- Have either a relevant trade background or relevant qualifications
- MRWA experience is highly desirable
- Ability to show competence in planning projects and recording project progress
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationship with project stakeholders at all levels
- Able to travel to Mandurah daily for work
- Able to be flexible with work hours, to accommodate early morning preparation works such as concrete pours (Georgiou is keenly aware of staff hour management to ensure wellbeing of personnel is upheld and will manage the fluid hours across the project)
