**What this role will offer you?**
- A mix of working from home (2 days a week) and our office on St Kilda Road (2 days a week) as one day at Knox Private hospital to embed your support and gain deeper insight to hospital employee value proposition and challenges faced.
- Opportunity to drive the sourcing plan for Knox Private and contribute to overarching proactive sourcing plan.

**What are we looking for?**
- Recruitment experience in a volume or fluid environment (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities.
- Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
