The Complaints and Information Officer is a role accountable to the Housing Regulator and Registrar for receiving, handling, and providing appropriate responses to complaints and enquiries under the Community Housing Providers National Law.
**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
**Role Status**
Short term contract up to 30 January 2026.
