We continue to experience significant success and growth and as a result, we are currently looking for a Recruiter to join the team.

**The Opportunity**:

This exciting opportunity will have you working in a complete end to end recruitment role whilst forming part of a business that drives and shares in team success. Other duties will include:

- Sourcing via SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Maintaining an accurate database
- Liaising with clients to find the right match
- Conducting reference checks
- Booking medicals / training
- Post placement care
- Completing compliance inline with internal and client procedures
- Minimum 1-year recruitment experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- An ability to handle high volumes of work
- An ability to multi - task
- High level of administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of computer skills including Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Drive and ambition to earn uncapped commissions which are realistic and achievable
