Our client; an Disability Non for profit provider, is urgently seeking an experienced and switched on Recruiter to join their team in Wembley

**Working hours: Mon - Fri - Business hours**

**(some flexibility around working hours/working from home etc)**

**Start date: ASAP Start**

**Duration: approx. 4 months**

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- End to end internal recruitment managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities that meet the needs of the business and bring innovative ideas and experience in developing sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Generating accurate employment contracts
- Ensuring all employee records are current, compliant and kept up to date
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Working closely with the Recruitment Administrator

**Experience Required**
- Proven previous experience managing a recruitment portfolio, preferably in an in-house recruitment role
- Experience in disability, human services, care or not for profit sector desirable but not essential
- An established track record of successful high-volume recruitment (advantageous)
- The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong follow up skills
- Experience developing and maintaining an active talent pipeline
- Strong diversity focus
- Tertiary qualification in HR or other related discipline preferred
- Current National Police Certificate
