**Operations Coordinator**

**BGIS**is looking for an experienced **Operations Coordinator**to support Data Centre operations. This role ensures optimal performance of critical infrastructure, efficient management of facilities and resources, and supports the Facilities Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include managing contractors, maintaining documentation, and executing processes for facility uptime and change management.

**As the Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include**:

- Assist with site administration and manage Work Order (WO) and Access requests.
- Update 52 Week Planners, service reports, and WO outcomes.
- Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and WO processes.
- Organize meetings and distribute minutes and actions.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure accurate data entry into CMMS, BMS, and DCIM systems.
- Oversee contract compliance, audit documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Support customer meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and client expectations.
- Promote teamwork and open communication.
- Mentor and hold team members accountable for performance standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 2+ years in Critical Environment Operational Coordination.
- Proficient in CMMS, BMS, and DCIM.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced formulas), and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with regulatory codes and permit processes.
- Experienced in preparing and presenting reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong team player with multitasking ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
