About the Opportunity: We are looking for experienced front of house crew to join our Kisumé team. Work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry. If you have limited experience but are looking to get your foot in the door of an iconic restaurant group, we have polisher positions available as well. Experience, Skills and Attributes: - Experience as a runner or waitstaff in a premium venue - Can confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables - Ability to carry three plates is advantageous - Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded - Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed and - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Must have an RSA certificate Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
