About Society:
Grand yet intimate, Society has 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibition Streets encompassing distinct dining experiences – the Society dining room, customised private dining, the Lillian Terrace and a luxurious lounge bar with each space remaining independent in menu offerings. Situated at the centre of a globally recognised destination for fashion, the arts and commerce, combining international appeal with a distinctly Melbourne identity, the historic 80 Collins building will usher in a new era for LUCAS Restaurants.

Experience, skills and attributes:

  • Experience as a section waitstaff in a premium restaurant
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Passion for food and wine
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong worth ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Professional presentation and strong communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
