We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to work with a participant in Sydney's The Hills. Applicants **MUST have an NSW Driver's License.**

The base casual rate is **$34.12 per hour plus superannuation.**

Myndie Care is a registered NDIS Service Provider in the Greater Sydney area. We are a young vibrant company that is rapidly expanding and looking for support workers to join us on that journey.

We are able to offer consistent shifts with this participant, offering stability within your work life. We are able to offer **flexible hours **for this role, fitting whatever schedule you are needing.

The support varies from community participation to complex care needs and everything in between. Employees don't necessarily need to be qualified although that is advantageous, we are mainly looking for enthusiastic reliable employees who care about others.

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
