We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Investment and Capital Markets team on a full-time permanent basis in Sydney.

The Investment and Capital Markets team is responsible for the introduction of institutional capital and joint venture partners to support the business through the establishment of new investment vehicles to deliver our development pipeline alongside Lendlease.

Reporting into the Head of Investment and Capital Markets, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the capital strategy and execution of transactions to attract investment capital and development partners into the Development Australia business unit.

To be successful in this role you’ll be able to demonstrate at a minimum 3 years real estate investments experience, teamed with relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong desire to work within a focussed deal execution team.

Your role will have a project management focus to it and therefore requires you to have the ability to work with a number of stakeholders from different technical disciplines on a diverse range of transactions, manage the strategic research required, oversee the financial modelling process and manage due diligence processes.

In addition to your strong financial acumen, project management experience and leadership skills, you’ll also be an excellent communicator who is able to deliver high quality analytical reports and presentations to our internal and external stakeholders.
