**THE ROLE**

Purely due to a large pipeline of new contracts, rapid expansion and repeat existing business, this company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to lead, administer and own the role at hand building and maintaining long term business relationships Carve and develop this opportunity, bringing your superior client care and administrative skills.

Working to timelines, managing customer expectations, liaising and organising orders to ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.
- First point of contact for all sales and customer enquiries
- Ascertain client needs and process orders as per request
- Checking and monitor product availability with the warehouse
- Manage customer expectations
- Diary coordination
- Enjoy working with walk-in customers to advise and give information to
- Recognise and refer possible leads to Sales Representatives.
- Prepare detailed quotes for customers and follow up.
- Liaising with local suppliers and delivery partners.
- Database management
- Updating client orders for stock availability and variations
