**The Role**

Are you a people person who has an interest in fitness, sport, health, group fitness, swimming or can see yourself working as the Customer Experience Coordinator at one of South Western Sydney’s most vibrant community health and leisure hubs?

**About You**

The role is structured to attract someone who loves working with and alongside customer centric teams that provide a real positive impact by connecting the community to leisure.

You should have great people and verbal communication skills and be used to working within a customer centric business environment.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Deliver the Belgravia Leisure guest experience strategy
- Process and policy compliance
- Handle venue enquiries from new and existing users.
- Creating and maintaining rosters
- Have an active and visible front of house presence
- Host and facilitate team guest experience meetings
- Lead and deliver team training
- Lead inspiring and regular team communication

**Skillset**
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Understanding of point-of-sale systems
- If you do not have these qualifications, you must be willing to obtain.
