**About the Role**:
The Manager, Corporate & ICT Procurement provides strategic and operational oversight of procurement and contracting services within the category areas of responsibility to enhance operational efficiency, reduce cost across various support functions within the department and optimise supplier relationships to ensure value for money. The position is responsible for the management of the Corporate and ICT procurement team and ensures delivery and implementation of procurement projects in accordance with the department’s Procurement Framework and Treasures Instruction 18.

The role provides strategic procurement leadership and project planning, coordination, data review and analysis, and specialist expert advice on procurement policy, procurement planning, contract formation and management requirements, including policy exemptions, contract variations, and renewal and extension strategies to achieve effective category management.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**: Nil.

**Desirable**: A relevant tertiary qualification. CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply or similar.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO8 $121,107 - 125,679 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
