Offering a great range of considered drinks, from stellar wines, beers and classic cocktails, Westward boasts comfortable couches and bar stools to make you feel right at home. Open until late, there is always a seat for you at Westward.

**So, what does the role look like?**

As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will support in maximising value and financial returns for the business through ensuring complete guest satisfaction. You will support the daily operations of the bar where your passion and expertise will shine. You will lead, develop and nurture your team by leading from the front and promoting exceptional service delivery and you will be eager to educate the team and pass on your extensive product knowledge.

**What you will look like?**

You will be a beer, wine and spirits enthusiast and natural influencer when it comes to brand selection. You will have previous management experience in a fast-paced bar and be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions when under pressure. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills will allow you to build high performing teams and promote inspirational leadership amongst the team. You will need to be available to work a rotating roster spanning from Monday to Sunday and you will have a strong interest in identifying and keeping up with market trends and improving our beverage offerings.
