Here, you can channel your passion for unique flavors and ingredients, expanding your expertise in cocktails, spirits, and beers to create memorable tasting experiences for our guests. You'll also take pride in delivering their favorite drinks to perfection. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage staff schedules, maintain inventory, and uphold bar cleanliness. In this role, strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum 2 years service experience within a high-volume bar environment.
- Effective communication, time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Service focused personality with a passion for food & Beverage and sound product knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer.
- Attend to guests request quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Valid South Australian Responcible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.**
