**The Role**:
The Clinical Team Manager plays a critical role for the effective and efficient use of field resources to achieve optimal service delivery within our Sydney region.

You will provide vision and leadership to your team, strengthen key stakeholder relationships in the community and promote an inclusive customer centred approach to care. You will ensure performance measures and indicators are achieved, and meet compliance by maintaining relevant policies, procedures and standards.

**'A week in the life of your new role'**:

- Providing leadership and vision to your team as well as strengthening key stakeholder partnerships and relationships
- Translating organisational goals into program area goals and promoting an integrated and client centred approach to care
- Ensuring all performance measures and KPIs are achieved
- Business planning, forecasting staffing and working within allocated budgets
- Building and maintaining professional networks and working relationships with stakeholders as required in order to establish, plan and promote optimal service delivery

**What do we need from you?**
- Registered Nurse qualifications, sound clinical knowledge and leadership experience in client care
- The ability to work in a KPI driven and target focused environment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills particularly when dealing with complex care scenarios
- Effective persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to employ an education and development approach when assisting employees
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong time management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to contribute to and, work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
