**About the Role**:
Provide leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of ITSM best practices, whilst supporting and guiding the team to successfully uplift the ITSM Maturity through Continual Improvement.
Influence stakeholders to enable Service Excellence across the department.
**Highly Desirable**:
Proven experience managing ITSM operations and teams within a large ICT environment.
Proven experience using ServiceNow tool as an ITIL role or Admin.
ITSM Practitioner, Expert or Master is highly desirable.
Experience within the Public sector and large government departments would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ITSM Management experience
Proven People Manager experience
Relevant tertiary degree
Minimum recent ITIL Foundation certification
