**Your future team**
As a senior sales leader, you will report to Jessica Gilroy (APAC Head of Enterprise Sales). You will lead a distributed team of senior enterprise sellers, who as a team are responsible for the top 40-50 existing Atlassian customers across SEA, India, the greater China region and South Korea. This incredible opportunity will have you lead from the front, modelling best in-class leadership, and taking direct ownership for the Asia-focused Enterprise team whilst based here in Australia.
**Here's an idea of the kinds of things you'll get to do**:
- Develop and implement strategy to build the pipeline and generate revenue.
- Be an expert in selling to C-Suite executives, and operate autonomously at scale.
- Be a leader who will retain and nurture talent and be an “Exec Sponsor” helping teams navigate complex sales cycles and be a trusted advocate for the customer.
- Advocate for our customers, promoting their needs and uncovering additional value we can add to their organisation.
- You will be a brand ambassador at larger scale customer events across your team’s geographical markets.
Qualifications:
**Your background**
You have experience building and implementing sales strategies within an enterprise software company. You have lead geographically dispersed teams within a hyper-growth companies.
