About the Role
The Clinical Facilitator provides support to the Nurse Unit Manger and the Nurse Educator to deliver clinical support and practice enhancement activities. To achieve this, you will role model the Darling Downs Health values and actively promote a learning culture in the department. Utilising your advanced practice nursing experience, you will be expected to find innovative solutions to the individual development needs of the nurses and midwives in the department.
