We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. In this permanent part-time role, you'll support patients through their recovery journey with evidence-based, person-centred care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

As a valued member of our Inpatient Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across a range of rehabilitation and orthopaedic needs
- Apply your clinical expertise to facilitate goal-directed care and patient recovery
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience
- Engage in continuous professional learning and clinical development
- Participate in quality improvement activities to support innovation in care delivery
- Support new and junior staff, contributing to a culture of mentorship, safety, and excellence
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation aligned with hospital standards
We're seeking an individual who brings:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent clinical experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- FIM (Functional Independence Measure) trained or willingness to undertake
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and a commitment to best-practice care
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to work all shifts across a 24/7-day roster
