As a valued member of our Inpatient Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across a range of rehabilitation and orthopaedic needs
  • Apply your clinical expertise to facilitate goal-directed care and patient recovery
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience
  • Engage in continuous professional learning and clinical development
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to support innovation in care delivery
  • Support new and junior staff, contributing to a culture of mentorship, safety, and excellence
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation aligned with hospital standards

We're seeking an individual who brings:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Recent clinical experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • FIM (Functional Independence Measure) trained or willingness to undertake
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership and a commitment to best-practice care
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work all shifts across a 24/7-day roster
