What your day will look like....
As a Clinical Facilitator in Orthopaedics, your day will be a dynamic blend of hands-on clinical support, professional mentorship, and collaboration. You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and Nurse Educator to deliver tailored education and practice enhancement activities, ensuring that nurses and midwives achieve the necessary competencies and maintain high standards of care. Throughout the day, you will model Darling Downs Health values, promote a culture of continuous learning, and engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and support a positive clinical environment.
