**Municipal Building Surveyor - Regional Victoria**

Full Time Band 8 plus vehicle

Based in Alexandra with hybrid arrangements available.

**What you will bring**
- Registration as a Building Surveyor Unlimited.
- Extensive experience in building surveying, compliance and enforcement, with strong knowledge of the Building Act, Regulations, Codes and Standards.
- Emerging or proven leadership skills, with ability to guide, mentor and develop teams.
- A track record of fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Strong ability to provide clear, accurate and timely advice on legislation, techniques and processes using sound professional judgement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.
