**THE ROLE**
**Responsible for i**nfluence strategic infrastructure masterplanning and upgrades, regulatory and electricity market rule changes to achieve beneficial conditions across the emerging Hydrogen industry**
**More about the role**:
- Work with Governments and private industry to develop infrastructure master planning to support large scale (multi-gigawatt) renewable fuel developments.
- Represent Origin with Senior levels of Government, Government Corporations and infrastructure developers on infrastructure planning and execution
- Build a portfolio of land and infrastructure to support future growth strategies and develop and/or influence long term infrastructure masterplans
- Develop and identify strategic renewable fuels opportunities and optimise and secure infrastructure and inputs to de-risk future projects and enable feasible project execution.
- Secure critical resources to each facility boundary, including, power, water, land and port access through execution of agreements.

**Described as a collaborative leader and a motivated self-starter, you will possess the ability to foster and support an inclusive team environment, together with outstanding communication skills.**
**More about you**:
- Experience in complex large scale infrastructure access negotiations, including commercial elements
- Experience on infrastructure advisory councils/development committees/boards
- An understanding of the workings of all levels of governments
- Financial modelling and/or economic modelling experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using qualitative and quantitative information to support public sector decision-making
- An understanding of the economic, financial and social drivers of government investment, decision-making and policy
