- Ingenia is recruiting an Infrastructure Manager to oversee Ingenia’s IT infrastructure, including networks, storage and cloud environment. The role will also manage a small team.**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud, network and infrastructure environmentManage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs-
Oversee server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance-
Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data and ensure compliance-
Monitor for security threats and respond to incidents promptly - in line with agreed SLAs/SLTs-
Lead infrastructure projects, including commissioning of new sites, upgrades, migrations-
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement-
Develop and implement solutions to fulfil INA’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans-
Ensure systems and data can be quickly restored in the event of an outage or disaster-
Develop, manage and support a team of systems administrators and engineers at various levels**About You**
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, managing infrastructure teams-
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field-
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate)-
Cisco or networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) - preferred- ITIL v4 certification - desirable for service management best practicesCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) - desirable-
Proven experience in large-scale cloud migrations, network transformations, and security implementations-
