- Oversee our Command's Policy and Practice library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents and frameworks. Contribute to the Divisional Operational Plan, including KPIs and reporting frameworks. Prepare high-quality written submissions, reports, and briefings. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop operational governance frameworks. Lead and mentor a small team, fostering engagement and operational readiness. Oversee our Command's Policy and Practice library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents and frameworks. Contribute to the Divisional Operational Plan, including KPIs and reporting frameworks. Prepare high-quality written submissions, reports, and briefings.
