THE ROLE & TEAM
Our client is a renowned global technology company, and this role is based at their hi-tech Data Centre in Pyrmont, 2 km south-west of the Sydney CBD. This Security Concierge position works in a team of 5, including 4 Officers and a Team Leader, and is responsible for access control and customer service. We are keen to hear from those that have a Baseline Government Security Clearance, security experience, those with a proactive approach to work, and strong computer and problem-solving skills. Once you are on the job, you will be taken through a structured training and induction program to bring you up to speed with our business and systems.

**Duties in this role include**:

- Maintaining Access Control.
- Working within a control-room with high-tech equipment.
- Responding to Alarms as per standard operating procedures (SOP's).
- Monitoring of CCTV Systems.
- Working within a team and autonomously, including working alone during night shifts and weekends.
- Provide access via correct approvals from the Access Management System.
- Maintaining protection of client assets.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- You MUST have Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Baseline Defence Clearance or higher.
- You will need to have a Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence.
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications.
- Strong IT-literacy and a willingness to learn.
