- Lennard Bernardo- Due to business requirements, our Local Government client is seeking an IT Support Analyst who can deliver Level 1 and 2 support in Melbourne.

This is a 6 month contract with 2 days in office hybrid flexibility.

What you'll do:

- Assist with internal IT CAB processes and manage system upgrades, roll-outs, maintenance, enhancements and break-fix schedules.
- Assist with BAU and Transformational projects including core system upgrades

What you'll need:

- Experience with technologies such as MS SQL/SQL Server, SQL Databases, MS.NET Framework and IIS Web Applications.
- Experience with cloud based technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and JIRA.

Desirable:

- Local Government experience.
