**Pet ICU are looking for a passionate client care representative to support their Underwood team on a permanent part-time basis.**:
Are you passionate about animals and providing exceptional client care? Pet ICU, a dedicated intensive care veterinary clinic located alongside Animal Emergency Service and Veterinary Specialist Services, is seeking a compassionate and professional Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team.

We work closely with the expert teams at Animal Emergency Service and Veterinary Specialist Services to provide a seamless experience for both pets and their owners. Our focus is not only on medical excellence but also on ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for our clients.

**Role Overview**: As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing a warm and reassuring presence during what can be a stressful time. You will work closely with our clinical teams to facilitate communication, manage client inquiries, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all visitors. This is a permanent part time role with approximately 28hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate communication between clients and clinical staff.
- Handle payments and provide clear explanations of services.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine love for animals and understanding of the client experience.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical environment is advantageous but not essential.
