- about 6 hours agoWe are seeking a Program Evaluation Consultant to help design, conduct, and use evaluations for Government programs or policies. A program evaluation consultant may perform the following tasks:

- Assess the needs and expectations of the organisation and its stakeholders for the evaluation
- Develop an evaluation plan that outlines the objectives, questions, methods, indicators, data sources, reporting, and improvement strategies for the evaluation
- Collect and analyse data using appropriate techniques and tools to answer the evaluation questions
- Report on the evaluation findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and useful manner
- Provide feedback and guidance to the organisation on how to use the evaluation results to inform decision-making and improve program or policy performance

The program evaluation consultant will work as part of our clients project team to deliver projects for government clients. The program evaluation consultant will have qualifications and skills, such as:

- A degree or certification in evaluation, social sciences, public policy, or related fields
- Experience within Government in conducting evaluations of various types and scales, including assessing impacts, and creating data monitoring and evaluation plans
- Knowledge of evaluation theories, principles, standards, and ethics
- Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative methods and tools for data collection and analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders
- Creativity and innovation in designing and implementing evaluations
