**Your Opportunity**

The successful applicant will be vital in ensuring the programs goals are met at all times. This position will be responsible for handling participant referrals and converting these to enrolments in the program as well as marketing the program to key stakeholders and community groups.

This position will oversee the effective operation of the program to help meet participant’s identified goals over three days each week, flexibility across day’s can be discussed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the delivery of the program to help meet participants goals and outcomes in collaboration with the program’s teacher.
- Assisting participants to leave the program competent to integrate into Australian society and confident in how to complete daily tasks and where to go for support.
- Proactively develop and maintain stakeholder engagement and partnerships to promote the program and enrolments.
- Conduct individual meetings with each participant before commencement to assess individual needs and goals for the program and establish individualised pathway support plans.
- Ensure systems and processes in place align with the goals of the program.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**:

- Proven ability to achieve results and performance targets as outlined in the program.
- Excellent digital literacy skills and knowledge.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and network with business groups, service providers and representatives of local organisations and government departments.
- Experience with Student Management Systems.
- Professional written and communication skills.
- A National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in managing an education program.
- Teaching degree with a focus in Literacy and Numeracy and experience delivering programs to refugees and migrants.
- Experience in managing teams and developing a cooperative ‘one team’ culture.
