Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a key role in day-to-day analysis and coordination of the activities of the Project Management Office (PMO); providing support and guidance to ensure they are tracking to deliver successfully.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing project reporting and governance administration, ensuring high quality project data is gathered and maintained, reports are relevant, received on-time, insights are highlighted
- Performing project quality assurance activities (e.g. status, commencement, stage gate and closure reviews) to assist with verifying compliance to project delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to standard practices & project deliverables is maintained
- Providing support to Project Managers and Coordinators on project processes and tools
- Planning and facilitating project delivery framework training
- Maintaining Technology PMO Sharepoint page and related sites
- Providing ad-hoc support to the PMO and IT Management team, and prepare or contribute to ad-hoc project and portfolio reports

**Your Background**:

- Experience working in client focused organisations, be adaptable and responsive
- Excellent analytical, proactive and happy to think outside the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
- Understanding of key principles and experience across multiple project management methodologies (for example, PMBOK, PRINCE2, SAFe)
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry would be highly regarded
