**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Development and Content Strategy**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the Cochrane Group’s brand visibility in the luxury automotive market.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining a cohesive voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to high-net-worth audiences.
- Develop SEO-optimised website content to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
**Lead Generation & Campaign Management**
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, focusing on high-quality leads.
- Manage targeted advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Ad Library, and Google Ads.
- Develop automated sales funnels and nurture sequences using CRM platforms.
- Coordinate the execution of exhibitions, events, and presentations to support the sales team.
- Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and retargeting strategies.
**Marketing Systems & Analytics**
- Optimise CRM usage (HubSpot or equivalent) for tracking leads and conversions.
- Analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to inform strategy.
- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure website performance and usability align with marketing objectives.
**Technical Proficiencies**:
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Expertise in social media management tools and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and optimise strategies.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or **3-5 years of proven experience** in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing high-end brand campaigns, preferably within the luxury or automotive industry.
- **In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector**, including luxury brands, models, and market trends, is essential.
- Experience in developing and executing SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for marketing campaigns.
- **International experience and bilingual capabilities (professional English proficiency required if non-native)**are highly valued.
