Develop & implement the CRM roadmap to drive Brand Loyalty

- Joining a dynamic & highly innovative, scaling business**The Role**:
- You will be responsible for developing out and executing targeted initiatives, working alongside the rest of the Marketing team to drive Loyalty and repeat engagement.**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:
- A genuine passion for customer engagement and working to enhance the online digital journey
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems
- Strong segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets
- A commercial mindset and abilities to present trends and insights to Senior Leadership
- Experience and exposure with A/B Testing will be highly regarded
- Work within a highly collaborative and agile team
