An opportunity to take ownership of all CRM initiatives, formulating the strategic plan for CRM & Loyalty driving change, data segmentation & analysis & elevating customer engagement for online.

**The Role**:
End to end management of all CRM initiatives, across data analysis, customer journey, omni-channel communication campaigns and the customer lifecycle.
You will be responsible for developing out and executing targeted initiatives, working alongside the rest of the Marketing team to drive the Loyalty Program and repeat engagement.
You will be data-driven in everything you do, with a passion for digital innovation.

**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:

- A genuine passion for customer engagement and working to enhance the online digital journey
- Previous experience working on Loyalty Programs would be really highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems
- Knowledge and previous experience with Emarsys would be highly advantageous
- Strong segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets
- A commercial mindset and abilities to present trends and insights to Senior Leadership
- Experience and exposure with A/B Testing will be highly regarded
- A focus on strategising to improve functionalities and drive change
- Work within a highly collaborative and agile team
