**The Role**:
As the Duty Manager, you will be the key point of contact for all operations during your shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests. You will oversee staff, maintain operational standards, and uphold the exceptional customer service our members expectation.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all activities, from waterfront operations to bar and restaurant services, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff, providing guidance and ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Act as a primary point of contact, addressing member queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
- Monitor the efficiency of all processes, maintain facilities, and ensure compliance with policies and health and safety regulations.
- Support staff development and training to ensure a motivated, efficient, and highly skilled team.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality or leisure industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
